To delete your account using our mobile app:

1. Log into OneTwoTrail using your account information.

2. Click Profile in the navigation bar.

3. Click the Edit Profile icon in the top right section.

4. Click Delete my account in the bottom section of the profile.

5. Click Delete my account to confirm the deletion of your account.

What happens after you delete your account

When you delete your OneTwoTrail account, you won’t be able to log into the OneTwoTrail mobile app or the OneTwoTrail web portal.

Please keep in mind that once your account has been deleted, you won’t be able to reactivate it or retrieve anything you’ve added, including:

• All the content belonging you’re the only contributor.

• Any history of interactions across OneTwoTrail.
